Possible Research Topics????

The first topic I have been thinking about, I have really wanted to do for some time now. It would be Rap music and/or video games towards violence, but I cannot decide which one to do or possibly do both. Everyone brings down rap music because of its lyrics and its negative talk towards women and drugs. Video games get hammered for its sexual or violent content. I have just been very interested to hear other people's opinions on the matter.
The next topic on my list would be different kinds of lifting supplements and what kinds are good to use, healthy, unhealthy, harmful, or illegal to use. I am really big on the lifting and working out scene and this would be a great thing for me to do research on. I would also be able to learn more about the similarities and the differences to protein, creatien, and NO-xplode type substances. I hear mixed stories on all the different substances and I would be good to clear everything up.
My last topic that I had in mind would be about drugs. The question about the drugs I have would be what do drugs do to your body and why do people use them. I know a lot of people that do and take drugs that do not think about what they could do to your body. I would like to research this to learn what they could do and tell my friends what it could do to them.

Honestly, I do not really know what I want to learn more about. The only thing i can think of I guess is how to be a teacher because that is the whole reason why I am in college.

My writing and research

Last semester in my 101 class I had to write a 15 page paper about any topic that I wanted. The topic I chose was why I belive that football is the best sport. That was by far a terrible mistake that I had made. Because it was such a wide open subject, I did not have a clue what i wanted to talk and write about. What I should have done was narrow it down to a more specific part about football and have it be about that part. I now know not to do that ever again. I would advise everyone else to do the same.
